emotional transformation therapy

In recent years, the use of light, sound and rhythmic movement have demonstrated improvement in psychological states beyond talk and medication.  The interpersonal relationship between the client and the therapist develops in ways that were originally influenced by a person’s family of origin.  These characteristic ways of relating are called “attachment patterns.”  These patterns are responsible for the manner in which we regulate our emotions.  Most psychological conditions are the result of inadequate emotional regulation.  As well as emotional issues, ETT works on the stress component of illness, injury, and physical pain.

ETT applications include:  PTSD, anxiety, panic, OCD, sleep disorders, weight loss, optimal performance, SAD, depression, ADD and ADHD, addictions.  These are only a few.  There are many other applications for this ground-breaking therapy.

How does it work?

  • Light enters a person's eyes and what one sees is converted into neural impulses by photoreceptors

  • These impulses travel to almost every part of the brain and nervous system

  • The therapist controls certain features of what the client sees; the direction and destination of the neural impulses are guided to the portions of the brain responsible for these symptom(s).

  • With this process, the client experiences a release from emotions, memories and/or thoughts responsible for a particular distress

This happens because:

  • Light vibration is converted into biochemical signals.

  • When the wavelength of light matches the targeted emotional/physical issue, resonance occurs which changes biochemistry in the body and the conclusion of the targeted emotion.

  • The system of nerves that carry our vision extends throughout the brain and nervous system.

  • Protocols using this visual neural system help the individual make changes that feel as though they have always functioned that way.

  • ETT addresses the stress component of illness, injury, and physical pain.
